Welcome to Bike Rent By Baahubali. By renting a bike or scooty from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Rental Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to rent a bike or scooty.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is required.
- Only the person who provides ID and license is allowed to ride.
2. Documents Required
- Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)
- Valid Driving License
- Security deposit (as per vehicle type, refundable)
3. Rental Duration & Timing
- Our rental hours are from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, open all week.
- 24-hour rentals are calculated on the same time basis. Extra hours may be charged additionally.
4. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are given with minimal fuel. Return with the same fuel level.
- Fuel is the renter’s responsibility.
5. Responsibility & Damage
- The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
- Any damage, theft, or traffic fines must be paid by the customer.
- Helmets provided must also be returned in proper condition.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 24 hours of the booking time: Full refund
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No refund for no-shows.
7. Helmet & Safety
- Helmets are mandatory for riders.
- We provide 1 helmet per vehicle. Additional helmet is chargeable.
8. Vehicle Use Restrictions
- Use the vehicle only within Jaipur city limits unless prior approval is taken.
- Strictly no racing, off-roading, or reckless driving.
9. Breakdown Assistance
- In case of breakdown, call us immediately at +91 89553 80845.
- We’ll provide support or replacement depending on the situation.
10. Legal Compliance
- You agree to follow all local traffic rules and laws.
- Bike Rent By Baahubali is not liable for any legal violations by the rider.
